This past month, all Big C Lumber employees (300+) attended Customer Service 101 classes as a part of our goal to provide world-class service to all our customers. We teamed up with industry professional Mike Butts of LBM Solutions to customize a CS101 class specifically for us. This subject is so important to us, it was mandatory for all employees regardless whether or not they have direct contact with our customers. Mike spent over a week with us training our employees in different meeting facilities throughout the region. We realize that great customer service is a constantly moving target – and by using our Service Promise and Value Statement as our guide, we know that we must strive to be better every day.
